The original form of this chart served as the most amazing reference guide for myself, friends and family as I first transitioned to a plant-based diet. Once I became familiar, it then shifted to a beautiful piece of art I kept hanging on my wall, as a reminder and spark of joy for all this lifestyle has gifted me.
